General policy
Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after access has been granted to premium digital features.
Users should be able to cancel recurring billing through the billing portal before the next renewal date.
When exceptions may apply
Refund exceptions may be appropriate for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical access failures that prevent reasonable use of the paid product.
If a refund is granted, access to the refunded premium tier may be reduced or removed at the same time.
